Modifying passwords, altering payment details on provider accounts, or sharing access with unauthorized parties constitutes a breach of service and invalidates your replacement warranty.

Every product is backed by its stated replacement warranty duration (typically 30 to 365 days). If an activated item encounters issues during the warranty period, submit a claim directly from your Account Dashboard. Our automated and operator team will provide a replacement immediately.
